We promise to bring professionalism, a fun, yet positive attitude, and confidentiality with us to every case.  Your privacy is important to us, and we will make it our mission to respect that privacy.  We understand that contacting a group like ours isn't easy, due to fear or skeptics that just don't believe.  If there is one thing we have all learned, it would be that most people we have talked to feel more comfortable talking about their possible paranormal activities with someone who understands what they are going through.  That is where we come in. 

We bring in the proper equipment with us to find the evidence you are looking for.  The first thing we do in every case is talk with the client to get more information, such as the possible history of the location, the "hot" spots, and the activity in detail about things that they have experienced.  After we get all the information, we start setting up and getting ready.  We respect the homeowners privacy and will NOT investigate in any area of the home that they don't want investigated.  After the case, we will go over the evidence and contact the client within a few days to let them know what we did or didn't find.  Any evidence, such as pictures, video, or audio clips will be posted on our site periodically.  However, if said evidence is from a private residence, we will not state specifics on where it was found.

WE INVESTIGATE FREE OF CHARGE.  We will never ask for money, or donations, for the work we do in your home.  All expenses are paid from within the team itself.
