RIP is a paranormal investigation team based out of Westville, Illinois. We use scientific type methods throughout our investigations to try to prove, or disprove paranormal activity. TEAM MEMBER OF THE QUARTER

	October - December 2011 AMANDA MORGAN
	Amanda won this award for the second time now, as she has earned the respect of her peers through her very hard work as our Case Manager. Amanda is instrumental in setting up the upcoming Fantom Fest, and we are happy to honor her again with this award.

	July - September 2011 JERRY ADKINS
	Jerry was recently promoted to the position of Tech Manager. Quite possibly one of the most professional members of RIP, Jerry has earned the respect of the entire team, and the proof is right here.

	April - June 2011 AMANDA MORGAN
	Miss Morgan took over the secretary/treasurer duties when Hope Jackson was named as a lead investigator of RIP-ED, and she has really taken advantage of the opportunity and proven herself worthy. Amanda won this award by a landslide voting by her fellow team members. Congratulations Amanda!

	January - March 2011 NEIL KIRKPATRICK
	Neil is our head trainer and has really stepped up his game recently with the new training program which he was very instrumental in getting off the ground. Congratulations to Neil, its overdue!

	October - December 2010
	HOPE JACKSON Much congratulations go out to Hope, our first two-time winner of the award! She just keeps getting better and better, and we look forward to many more adventures with her!

	July - September 2010 HOPE JACKSON
	Hope is our new secretary/treasurer, and she does an outstanding job at that, as well as being an investigator. Congratulations Hope!

	April - June 2010 WILL CRONK
	Congratulations go out to Will, who serves as our Tech Manager, and as an investigator as well. Good job Will!

	January - March 2010 MISTY KIMBALL - ASHLEE KINGERY
	Our first vote was actually a tie, and we couldn't have been happier with the results. Misty, our Case Manager, and Ashlee, or secretary/treasurer are both very deserving of this award. Congratulations ladies!
