1. We always treat every client with the utmost respect, and will ALWAYS respect confidentiality.  While, at times, we may present photos or evidence from a residence, we will NEVER disclose where those photos or evidence were found, or the names of the clients, without permission to do so.

2. No investigator EVER goes anywhere alone, under any circumstances.  This is a safety issue first and foremost.  It is also should said investigator have a personal experience that weren't able to capture as evidence, it is useful to have another investigator there to back up the experience.

3. There is no smoking on an investigation, whether it be indoors or outdoors.  Smoking can cause the illusion of mist in still pictures as well as on camera.

4. No investigator shall ever be under the influence of any kind of alcohol during an investigation.

5. Flashlights will be turned off while pictures are being taken.  Much like smoke, a flashlight can cause the illusion of mist.

6. No cologne or perfume will be worn during an investigation.  Sometimes one can experience a phantom smell, and if cologne or perfume is worn, it can cause someone to think they smell something paranormal which isn't.

7. Cell phones are always turned off during an investigation.  The main reason for this is because they can interfere with some of our equipment, causing false readings.

8. No investigator will EVER, under any circumstances whatsoever, be under the age of 18.

9. We will never ask for any money, nor accept donations.  This is a 100% free service.  Our payment is being able to help out our clients.
