Wayne Douglass

Wayne began as a cameraman for RIP but quickly worked his way into investigating due to his skills and enthusiasm. A devoted husband and father of four, Waynes relationship with the co-founders goes back a number of years. He also backs up the Tech Manager when he needs assistance. Wayne is always there for us when we need him, and we couldn't ask for anything more than that. |

Ashlee is one of our most enthusiastic members, always going out of her way to help our cause. She is a proud mother and great investigator. Ashlee is also fluent in sign language, which has helped us on occassion with obtaining information from some clients. Her methods of investigating may be unorthodox and unique at times, but we wouldn't have her any other way. |

Kevin, better known as Cowboy, has been interested in the paranormal world for a long time. A personal friend of many of the team, he had been interested in joining RIP for a while, and we were happy to welcome him on board once the opening became available. Kevin has improved tremendously since he first started with us, and he is always open to suggestions to help better himself and the team. |

Even when Ahrin was brand new to us, you couldn't tell. During his training, he took very naturally to investigating, and provoking. Ahrin was brought to us through his good friend Neil Kirkpatrick, and we have nothing but high praise for him. This bio used to say that we believe it is just a matter of time before Ahrin becomes one of our best investigators. Well, that time is now. |

Lee Hurt

Lee is a seasoned investigator, and in fact, headed up PCG, the group our co-founders Nick and Jason belonged to before forming RIP. We are excited to have him on our team now. Lee is also an experienced demonologist, and is on call for us in that department. He will also be helping to train new recruits as they come along. |
