Nick is a loving father, loyal friend, and all around nice guy. He is the anchor to the team, and has been fascinated with the paranormal his entire life. He decided, along with lifelong friend Jason Welker, to get a team together to see if they could find evidence of life after death. Nick dedicates a majority of his time to the field, and loves what he does. He is also proud of the fact that he was born in Decatur, Illinois, notoriously one of the most haunted cities in the United States. He has the kind of ideas that aren't just taught, and we couldn't ask for a better person to help lead the team. |

Jason is very knowledgeable with electronics from the college courses he took in business, computers, and psychology, and he uses that knowledge to his advantage in the field. He is a master with the keyboard, and is very useful to have help leading the team. A father of two, Jason still finds the time to devote a lot of energy to the study of the paranormal. With his dedication to the team, we know he will continue to help us find the evidence we need to back up our theories. |

Misty was the first member to be recruited into RIP by co-founders Nick and Jason. With her fun loving, outgoing attitude, she was immediately named to the Case Manager position, and she does an absolutely outstanding job. She also does a very good job at investigating, training, and simply keeping the co-founders on their toes. |

Will began as a client for RIP. Our first client as a matter of fact. After finding plenty of evidence of activity in his home, he was brought on first as a cameraman, then later as an investigator, and finally worked his way into the Tech Manager position. While we aren't normally in the habit of bringing in clients as team members, Will was the exception due to his talents with electronics and intuitions towards the paranormal. |

Hope came to us through her friend Ashlee Kingery. Even when she was brand new to us, she worked like she had been at it for years. Her methods of provoking rival that of the co-founders, and thats saying something! Through her dedication to the team, Hope was recently promoted to the position of Secretary/Treasurer, and we have no doubt she will do an outstanding job with that position, as well as continuing to be a great investigator. |

Recruited by co-founder Jason Welker, Neil had been out looking for personal experiences in the past before joining RIP. But now, like the rest of us, he wants evidence. Neil began as an investigator, but has worked his way into the position of Head Trainer of our new team members, and does a great job. With his great sense of humor, but willingness to be serious when need be, it makes life easy when we are on the road or working extra late. |
